Free Quit Smoking Course Part 3 of 10 - The Big "C"
Research suggests about half of all smokers will be cut down in their prime years, their mid-30s to mid-60s by some fatal disease. The CDC (US Center for Disease Control) estimated that smokers lose between 13 and 15 years of life as a result of smoking. 8 out of 10 non-smokers live to their 70th birthday. Only 5 out of 10 smokers live to be 70 or more!
